This work originates from an error which led to an overlay of more shots into one single negative. This image recalls me a particular state of mind, in which memories from di erent times and places stratify one over the other, so that I can’t be sure about how reality actually was. I’m also re ecting on the mental and linguistic process through which we built our memory and de ne our personal tale: we’re inevitably losing the real truth, anytime, if there’s one at all.
